Understanding the Proof Approval Process

When you place a custom order, our design team will send you a digital proof for review. This proof shows you exactly how your design will look on your chosen product — including color, size, and placement.

To avoid delays, it’s important to carefully review and respond to your proof promptly.

Step-by-Step: How to Approve Your Proof

 

Step 1: Click the Proof Link

Open the email from our Design Team, this will come from art@parisprintworks.com. Click the link provided, and this will take you directly to your proof online.

Step 2: Review the Details

Be sure to check the following before taking action:

  • Spelling: Double-check all names, titles, and text.

  • Colors: Confirm that colors are accurate.

  • Sizing: Ensure dimensions and scale match your expectations.

  • Placement: Make sure the logo or design is placed where you want it.

Step 3: Approve or Decline the Proof

If everything looks correct:

  • Click the green “Approve” button.

  • Fill in your name, email, and digital signature.

If something needs to change:

  • Click the red “Decline” button.

  • In the comments section, clearly explain what needs to be revised.

  • Enter your name, email, and signature to complete the decline.

  • Our design team will send an updated proof by the next business day.

Step 4: Watch for Confirmation

After you submit your approval or decline, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Didn’t get one? Click the original proof link again to confirm that your response went through.
