SENIOR EXECUTIVE LEADERS
Stephen A. Terrell - Owner/Chief Executive Officer
Stephen sits on the Executive Leadership Team as the Owner & Chief Executive Officer for the Print Works Company as well as the President of Basic Apparel LLC. He leads the company's overall strategies and policies. This includes responsibility for all components and departments of the business. He is responsible to keep the organization's leadership constantly aware of key external and internal factors. He is accountable for Creating, communicating, and implementing the organization's mission, vision, and values. Stephen is responsible to lead the development and implementation of the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business. He oversees the complete operation of both Print Works and Basic Apparel.
Taylor Martin - Director of Sales & Marketing
Taylor sits on the Executive Leadership Team and leads the company’s Customer Leadership Organization in serving its retail customers, contract customers, and driving sales growth. She has oversight of Research and Development, Design, and Precision Marketing functions.
Heather Bridgers - Director of Finance/Human Resources/VP of Basic Apparel
Heather sits on the Executive Leadership Team and holds finance responsibilities including; payables, monthly reports, government intervention, A/R, company budgets, procurement, and human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization — specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. Heather is also the Vice-President of the Basic Apparel Company where she leads the end-to-end responsibilities for all segments.
Mercedes Graham - Director of Operations
Mercedes sits on the Executive Leadership Team and has end-to-end supply chain responsibilities for the company, overseeing the manufacturing, environment, health and safety. Oversight of plant operations includes: screen printing, embroidery, surge, and vinyl.
Stephanie Simer - Director of Logistics
Stephanie sits on the Executive Leadership Team and has responsibility for plant quality, logistics, transportation, production planning and warehousing teams. She is responsible for managing end-to-end operations within the company's’ supply chain, and working internally with production, leadership, sales, and warehousing teams to optimize the business’ supply chain and align it with growth goals. She monitors standard warehousing and fulfillment procedures such as receiving, picking, and packing, for speed, efficiency, and quality of throughput.
