Stephen A. Terrell - Owner/Chief Executive Officer
Stephen sits on the Executive Leadership Team as the Owner & Chief Executive Officer for the Print Works Company as well as the President of Basic Apparel LLC. He leads the company's overall strategies and policies. This includes responsibility for all components and departments of the business. He is responsible to keep the organization's leadership constantly aware of key external and internal factors. He is accountable for creating, communicating, and implementing the organization's mission, vision, and values. Stephen is responsible to lead the development and implementation of the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business. He oversees the complete operation of both Print Works and Basic Apparel.
Taylor Martin - Executive Vice-President, Strategy & Growth
Taylor sits on the Executive Leadership Team and leads the company’s strategic approach to long-term growth driving increased market share with the brand. She has oversight of Research & Development, Design, and Precision Marketing functions. Her focus also entails cutting-edge technology across Print Works’ value chain, accelerating innovation, and bringing relevant product innovations to market rapidly. She leads the company’s sales divisions including retail showrooms, platinum partners, & driving sales growth within our sales regions.
Heather Bridgers - Chief Finance Officer (CFO), Exec. Vice-President Basic Apparel
Heather sits on the Executive Leadership Team and holds finance responsibility including; payables, monthly reports, government intervention, A/R, company budgets, procurement, and human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization — specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. Heather is also the Exec. Vice-President of the Basic Apparel Company where she leads the end-to-end responsibilities for all segments.

Jackie Lester - Executive Vice-President, Supply Chain
Jackie is responsible for managing end-to-end operations within the company's’ supply chain, and working internally with production, leadership, sales, and warehousing teams to optimize the business’ supply chain and align it with growth goals. This includes, operational plants, purchasing, transportation, production planning, finishing, and warehousing teams. She is focused on building high-performing teams and driving execution to continue to deliver growth and ensure we have a resilient, robust, and agile supply chain
