PUFF EMBROIDERY

The hat has a puffy foam sheet placed on top of it. Then it is embroidered, the excess puff is removed and a heat gun warms the puff to expand up off the hat.

• Does not work with small details or wording

TIPS

• Be sure your logo or design is thick
• A minimum of .60 in height for words to look decent in puff embroidery
• No designs smaller than 1 inch
• Puff can go on the sides and backs of hats as long as they are unstructured with no mesh
