Main function of this position is to efficiently and correctly lead the embroidery team in product processing.
Responsibilities:
- Own the daily huddles
- Start up/Shut down according to the daily checklists
- Organize schedule for the day
- Fill out daily Job Duties Board (if any)
- Second sign off
- Resource to pull in management when needed
- Due today slack ETA’s
- Machine issues & pull in management when needed
- New Hire training
- Maintain a positive & productive work environment.
