Q: What is the standard screen size?
A: Print Works can print images 13 wide up to 16 inches tall with the screens that are used. We use a variety of mesh from 83 - 230. The lower the number the bigger the mesh and the higher the number the closer the mesh.
Q: How much are the setup fees (AKA screen fees)?
A: Unlike most other companies we do not change any hidden cost in your pricing. We have no set-up fees, color change fees, screen fees, etc. We believe in all inclusive pricing so you are not surprised, we hate surprises!
Q: What is your turn around?
A: Once the artwork is approved we print your apparel in 7+ business days.
When you get a quote we will give you your turnaround date.
7 days - Screen print
10 days - Embroidery
21 days - Promotional products
Q: Do you offer rush services?
A: Yes, there is a fee to push your order in front of other customers,
we offer a 2-3 day turnaround as well as a 4-5 day turnaround.
Q: What are the minimum orders? Do I have to get them all the same size and style?
A: Minimum order is 6 pieces. You can split this up between sizes, apparel colors, apparel types, as long as ink color(s)/print locations/print sizing stay the same across all garments.
Ask our customer service team for more info. on this, we want every garment to look perfect!
Q: Do I need to pay for my shirts now?
A: We require a deposit of $100 to get your order going.
You can pay in full when you pick up and see your apparel. Promotional products are pre-paid.
Q: I have a quote from a competitor, can you meet or beat it?
A: We can sure try, but make sure you have all the specifics and give us all of that so we can compare apples to apples. Often competitors will try to appear to be offering a better deal, when in reality they have set-up fees, etc. that are on your final invoice.
Q: How are shirts packaged?
A: We sort and fold by size and shirt color so you can find what you are looking for quickly.

Q: Can you ship over seas?
A: Absolutely! We ship via UPS, FedEx, & USPS, whichever gives you the best value
while your particular products are handled as safe as possible.
Q: When will my order be ready and how will I know?
A: Someone from our customer service team will notify you by phone or email
as soon as your order is ready for pick up. You will receive an email once your order is shipped.
Q: What files do you accept?
A: We can accept almost any file types but the best and most recommended file type is a vector PDF.
Q: Will I get a proof?
A: Absolutely! We will not print anything until it is just the way you want it and it is approved.
You will get a proof in 48 hours from when it is requested but we hit 24 hours 99% of the time. :)
Q: Can I match ink and thread colors if I do a screen print/embroidery order?
A: We have stock colors in both ink and thread but do not have any way to change thread colors. However, we do have some options if you want to match a thread color that is not on our stock ink color list. Reach out to our customer service team for more info.
